Hello, my name is Karen. I live with my partner and daughter.
I am located in Scunthorpe, within walking distance of Ashby and Scunthorpe town Centre.
I drop off and pick up from Bushfield road Infants School, and Brumby Juniors.
My Experience
I have been working in childcare since 1989 and I have been a registered childminder since 2007.
My Qualifications
At my last Ofsted inspection I was graded GOOD.
I am a Qualified Nursery Nurse with an NNEB certificate, and I also hold a certificate for the Diploma in Home-Based Childcare both of which are Level three qualifications.
I have completed the following training's
Paediatric first aid training (renewed every three years)
Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety Training
Safeguarding
Early Years Foundation Stage training
Certificate in Early Years Foundation Stage Practice
I also attend many local training's to keep my knowledge up to date

Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm
I offer some flexibility to meet the needs of individual families.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.00 per hour
I charge £4 an hour. After school I charge £8 flat rate for a minimum of 2 hours
