My Requirements

Hi!

We live next to Canada Water station SE16 and are looking for a live in nanny/housekeeper in morning and afterschool care our sweet 6 year old son who has global development delay (developmentally at 1 to 2 yr old level)

We are moving to a newly renovated 6 bed room house and you will have a newly furnished loft and bathroom to yourself.

We would like help with keeping the house clean and tidy in addition to childcare. Specific duties can be discussed.

Specific hours we need help with childcare are:

Mon to Fri 7.30 to 9am
Monday to Wednesdays
3.45-7pm

I.e. you will have afternoons off Thurs and Friday and we do not expect regular help over weekends

Afterschool routine:

He comes home from school bus which arrives in front of our building (Morning drop off on school bus also stops in front of our building)

We are really looking for some one who is kind, reliable and would love to spend time with my son and help him progress. He is non verbal but would vocalise his wants. Loves walking on walker, going to the playground, cars and trains. He is developmentally at a 12 month level so someone experienced with young toddlers are a must.

Duties will be on playing and looking after his safety. We integrate physio into play and daily routine. I will return home to feed him and have prepared food beforehand.

He needs help with walking (uses walker) and transitioning to chairs and buggy.

Bonus if you have special needs experience or worked/working in SEN school :)

Competitive pay commensurate to experience.

To start asap. Live in will start in mid May as that's when our house is complete
