I'm a mature and experienced MN, Doula and grandmother. I'm keen to draw alongside and empower a woman to find the strength in her own body to birth naturally but if not, to give her continued and non-judgemental support during labour and birth. I am passionate about helping new parents settle into their new roles and empowering them to find solutions to sleep and feeding problems. We as a family are very lucky and grateful to have Vanessa as people of her qualities are few and far between.
I was dreading going back to work but her unconditional love and attention makes me leave the house without worry. And in less than 2 months she’s become part of the family and already difficult to imagine a life without her.
Highly organised, reliable and punctual, someone with such a calm and gentle personality, I am not surprised why Umar loves to be with her. Takes him out for walks, pays keen attention to his diet and physical activity and respects our needs as a family. I was following a routine and one of my major concern was him losing the track but Vanessa has been making sure his meals and naps are on time. Her ability to look after others especially children comes naturally to her as I have seen my son develop and flourish under her care. She brings a positive energy and efficacy to the house.

Vanessa helped us out somewhat last minute when previous childcare fell through. She communicated frequently and quickly. She was extremely professional and the kids had a great time with her. She stayed overnight with both my kids while we were out of town for a couple days and went on lots of walks with the kids and baked with them. She also left the house so clean which was nice to come home to. I would highly recommend Vanessa for any baby sitting needs.

I found Leila and Jackson a delight to be with, really sweet to each other. They both have good manners, tidied up and endured a long walk without muttering. Mealtimes were a pleasure because they enjoyed every morsel and both helped to clear away the plates. Marcus and Amy have done an amazing job with these two, they're lovely kids.
