My name is Michelle and I am a ofsted registered childminder based in Ruskington.
I have been with my Husband Ian for 27 years we got married in October 2012, we have two daughters, Katie who is 19 and Lilly who is 16.
My Experience
I have been a childminder since July 2011 and I really enjoying my job.
I am gaining experience everyday from the children already on my books and also from my own 2 children.
I enjoy being around children and having lots of fun along with teaching them new things.
My Qualifications
I am Ofsted registered, CRB Checked, Pacey Member and also have my Paediatric First Aid certificate and Level 3 Diploma in children & young peoples workforce
My Availability
My ofsted registration allows me to have 3 children under 5 and 3 children 5- 8 years
My hours are 7am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

We have been using Michelle for 4 months and couldn’t recommend enough. Michelle is very friendly and has a lovely home prefect for little ones. Extremely helpful in times of need and has a develop a fantastic bond with our daughter!
My partner can be a very anxious parent but Michelle has always put her mind at ease.
And to top it all off is very affordable!
