About Me
I am a mature experienced fun nanny. I love the outdoors, so enjoy taking children out to explore the countryside, parks, etc. I also enjoy sharing my love of arts and crafts and cooking, and enjoy going to play groups, music groups, swimming. We also own horses, including very child friendly miniature Shetland ponies, so am happy to safely introduce children to them (with their parents' permission). As an experienced nanny, ex primary school teacher, and mum to my own 2 children, I feel I have lots to offer families. I'm reliable, trustworthy, have a clean driving licence, nice car with business insurance & am of course DBS checked & have excellent references.
My Experience
I am an experienced nanny working with families with children from newborn to 7 years old. I have looked after one family's baby overnight, so the exhausted mum could catch up on her sleep. I am also an experienced ex primary school teacher & have taught children from Nursery to 13 years old. I'm a mum of 2 older children (now 14 & 21). I also have experience with children with extra/special needs, including the autistic spectrum.
My Qualifications
BEd(Hons) from Cambridge Univeristy - degree in school teaching
My Availability
I'm available any weekday. I'm happy to stay overnight if required. I can currently be flexible, and am happy to just look after children term time, if that suits your needs, or holidays too. Part time or full time. I come to you to look after your children in their own home, to keep with their usual routines. Can often offer short notice emergency care too.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
From £10 per hour nanny fee. From £9 per hour babysitting
