I am an experienced and caring Brazilian nanny who has been living in London for the past 14 years.
I am currently looking for a morning position, available Monday to Friday from 7/8am until 12/1pm. I am also available for evening babysitting after 7pm.
I am fluent in English and Portuguese and pride myself on being reliable, organised, enthusiastic and trustworthy. Over the years I have worked with children of different ages and have always aimed to create a warm, safe and nurturing environment where children can grow into confident and independent individuals while developing good manners and social skills.
I love spending time outdoors, organising age-appropriate activities and encouraging children to explore, learn and have fun.

Barbara has looked after my little girl for over a year now, from when she turned 10 months old. The bond between the two is a joy to see. Barbara is unfailingly professional and at the same time warm and caring, she is truly a member of our family. Everyone from grandparents and great grandparents absolutely adore Barbara. I think Barbara’s stregnths lie in her ability to see things from a child’s perspective, she talks to them as if they are her peers and therefore they love but still respect her. I highly recommend Barbara, I think she will be a part of my daughters life for a very long time.
