Sara has been looking after our three children (all under 6 at time of starting) for the last 6 months (a mix of wrap around/after school care and half days when pre-school is closed) and we've loved having her with us!
She is a kind-hearted individual and has always been ready to step in when we needed her. Sara is firm, but fair and radiates this calm demeanour (which I find incredibly with 3 energetic and sometimes sassy children), but which really helps when the children need to settle down ahead of bed time. She is creative and loves sharing this joy with the children through outings, singing in the car or before bedtime etc. On the few occasions one of us has made it home early, its been a joy hearing the children run, play and giggle with her.. Sara comes with an unparalleled amount of experience which was very apparent from the first moment we met her. Our children will (like any child) push the boundaries sometimes or turn off their listening ears, but Sara has seen it all before and is not phased... she remains calm, polite and will explain and educate the children why their behaviour is inappropriate. In summary, she is absolutely amazing and we are lucky to have found her!
