About Me

Hello, I’m Nadine!

I’m a warm, caring and nurturing childcare professional with a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education and many years of experience caring for children in both nursery and nannying settings.

I’ve always had a genuine passion for working with children and love being part of their everyday lives — from those first little milestones and messy creative activities to trips to the park, story time and simply being there to give them the care, comfort and encouragement they need.

I have particularly extensive experience working with babies and younger children. For around the past five years, I have worked in a dedicated baby room within a nursery setting, caring for babies and supporting their development through their early stages. This has given me lots of experience with babies’ individual routines, feeding, sleep, personal care, settling them into nursery and creating age-appropriate activities and experiences to support their learning and development.

I have also gained valuable nannying experience over a two-year period, caring for two children as they grew from toddler and preschool age through to starting school. Alongside my professional childcare experience, I regularly provide babysitting and occasional childcare for families.

I’m a calm and patient person and believe that children thrive when they feel listened to, understood and encouraged. I love getting to know each child as an individual, understanding their personality and interests, and creating a calm, happy and stimulating environment where they feel safe, secure and confident.

I enjoy planning fun, age-appropriate activities, getting outdoors, supporting children’s development and following the routines that work best for each family. I also understand how important communication and trust are when working with parents, and I always aim to provide reliable, thoughtful and reassuring care.

I’m now looking for a lovely family where I can build a genuine long-term relationship and become a trusted and valued part of their family life. I would especially love the opportunity to work closely with babies or younger children, where I can use my experience and passion to support them through those really special early years.
