Joanne has been a godsend to our family! She was the very first childcare provider my daughter has ever attended, starting when she was 10 months old, and from the beginning it was clear we had made a great choice. Right away we could tell Joanne is very experienced. She's also got a super calm demeanour that puts kids at ease fast, but she also is really fun and joins in on the activities she proposes, like dressing up for World Book Day. She's super thoughtful with the little ones and makes them feel special, be it a special date like Christmas or birthdays or during the everyday, and as a result my daughter settled in super quickly and is now thriving under her care. Her communication skills are great and she's super flexible, which is fundamental so we can conciliate both work and childcare.
Choosing a childcare provider is not easy, but when we met Joanne it truly felt like a no-brainer.
