My name is Megan Stewart and I am 31 years old. I’m Mum to an 8 year old son and a 7 year old daughter. I’m a friendly, sociable and outgoing person who loves spending time with my family.
I am reliable, trustworthy and honest, and as a mum myself I completely understand that your children are the most precious thing in the world. I care for every child as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, happy and comfortable at all times.
I know how important it is for parents to feel at ease when leaving their children, so I’d be more than happy to meet in advance or have a phone call beforehand. I am happy to babysit either in my own home or in your home, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
My Experience
I am a qualified Childcare Practitioner with an SVQ Level 3 and have completed additional training including First Aid and Additional Needs Support.
I have 5 years experience working in a private nursery, where I held senior roles across different age groups. I spent 2 years as Senior of the 0–2 year room and a further 2 years as Senior of the 2–5 year room, before leaving on maternity to have my own children.
My experience working in a nursery, alongside being a mum to two, has given me a wide range of fun, engaging and educational ideas to keep children of all ages (from newborn upwards) happy, safe and stimulated in a nurturing environment.

My Availability
For the past few years, I have also run my own cleaning business, which I continue to operate. While I do have regular client commitments, I still have good availability for babysitting. My days and hours vary each week, however I am flexible and always happy to accommodate your needs where possible.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
For babysitting by the hour I charge £15 per hour. I would be happy to negotiate a daily rate for regular services.
