About Me
I am an hard working 23 year old currently looking for a full time or couple of part time roles from September. I love working with children and lots of people have told me that I am very good with them as I am very patient. I come from a big family as I have 3 siblings and lots of cousins, family is very important to me.
My Experience
I am currently looking for a new job to start in September. I am currently nannying for 3 families; one on Mondays, with 2 boys aged 2 and 10months; another on Tuesday with 2 boys aged 3 and 1; and another on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with 2 girls 3 and 6. I am also working part time as a TA in a SEN primary school. I have done a lot of babysitting for children of different ages, which I started doing at the age of 15. I have now been nannying for 5 years and have experience with various ages. I have nannied for as young as 4 months old, so have experience with babies. I have also worked for a family of 5 children - ages ranging from 3-12 - so have experience with lots of children of different ages. I volunteer at my local Brownie unit as a qualified leader, where I help run evenings for the girls or run games as well as help look after them all. The girls all seem to like me a lot and are happy that I help out, they say that I am very friendly and lovely to chat to.
I have nannied for a little boy who is autistic and work at a SEN school with children with different additional needs, therefore I have experience with children with special needs.
My Qualifications
Qualification wise I have completed A-levels in Health and Social Care (which ties a lot into this kind of care), psychology and photography.
I am also first aid trained and have safeguarding training through my leader qualification and the school. I have been DBS checked through both of these also and am on the DBS update system.
I have a full driving licence and my own car so travel is very easy for me.
