We thoroughly recommend Elle as a local Nanny. Elle has worked with us for almost 5 years. She started with us when our oldest had just turned one years old, and has remained working with us through the births of our two younger children.

Elle is wonderful with the children. She is playful, warm, thoughtful and truly cares for them. She has always gone out of her way to meet their needs and make their time with her as enjoyable as possible. From big days out, to toddler groups, to activity set ups at home, the kids adore her. As they’ve gotten older she has adapted to school runs and extra curricular activities to fit around our routine. Elle has become like an extra member of the family and we love having her in our home.

Elle helps the children to socialise, thinks about ways to encourage their development while recognising their individual differences and has always communicated with us as parents to make sure we feel reassured and involved in every activity.
