Hi, my name is Elle and I'm 27 years old I'm a lively, bubbly, friendly and outgoing person.
Me and my partner Meg live in Wymondham in our own home and we’re hoping to add a new addition of a puppy soon!
I have a very big family and am one of three of my own siblings.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my nephews I take the auntie role very seriously which includes spoiling them rotten, letting them stay up past bedtime and sneaking them extra biscuits. I can ensure you though I am completely professional when it comes to nannying…. Most of the time.
I also have a huge love for the arts, I escape to London whenever I can go watch a show and don’t think there is now a musical I haven’t seen. I also love walks, beach days and a huge sucker for some crazy golf.
My Experience
I have over 10 years of childcare experience working with children from newborns to teenagers, including twins, triplets, children with SEN, and families with up to five children.
I began my career as a qualified nursery practitioner, where I progressed to room leader and gained valuable experience with the EYFS, planning engaging activities, and supporting children with additional needs. I then moved into nannying, where I’ve built long-term relationships with several wonderful families, some for almost eight years.
My experience includes caring for newborns, school-aged children, night nannying, school runs, meal preparation, light housekeeping, family holidays, and organising fun, educational activities such as sensory play, crafts, baking, outdoor adventures, and local groups.
I pride myself on creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and valued. Building trusting relationships with both children and parents is incredibly important to me, and I always aim to become a reliable and positive part of the family.
I am currently looking for new nanny positions starting in September and have availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I am ideally looking for long-term families, although I’m happy to consider a variety of roles and would love to find families where I can build lasting relationships and become a trusted part of their children’s lives.

We couldn’t recommend Elle more highly. She has been an absolutely wonderful nanny to our family and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her in our children’s lives. She adores them as if they were her own, and it is so clear in the care, patience and warmth she brings every single day.
Elle knows our children inside out. She understands their personalities, their routines, what makes them laugh, what helps them feel calm, and exactly how to bring out the best in them. She is always thinking of lovely crafts, activities, outings and little ways to make their days fun, engaging and special. The children absolutely adore her and have built such a strong bond with her.
She is also an enormous support to us as a whole family, not just to the children. She is thoughtful, reliable, flexible and always willing to help, which has made such a difference to our day-to-day life. She brings such calm and reassurance into our home, and we have always felt completely confident that the children are safe, happy and beautifully cared for with her.
Elle is one of the most patient people we have ever met, even through the most dramatic toddler moments, tricky emotions, messy days (she’ll understand my reference to the Wroxham Barns toilets here) and all the less glamorous parts of childcare. She handles everything with kindness, humour and complete calm.
Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Elle. She has been a truly valued part of our family, and we would recommend her without hesitation.

We thoroughly recommend Elle as a local Nanny. Elle has worked with us for almost 5 years. She started with us when our oldest had just turned one years old, and has remained working with us through the births of our two younger children.
Elle is wonderful with the children. She is playful, warm, thoughtful and truly cares for them. She has always gone out of her way to meet their needs and make their time with her as enjoyable as possible. From big days out, to toddler groups, to activity set ups at home, the kids adore her. As they’ve gotten older she has adapted to school runs and extra curricular activities to fit around our routine. Elle has become like an extra member of the family and we love having her in our home.
Elle helps the children to socialise, thinks about ways to encourage their development while recognising their individual differences and has always communicated with us as parents to make sure we feel reassured and involved in every activity.
Elle has always been happy to be flexible and has been on hand to help out when we’ve needed it. She is consistent and trustworthy and we always feel confident that the children are safe with her.
Any family would be fortunate to work with Elle and we would recommend her without hesitation.
