We couldn’t recommend Elle more highly. She has been an absolutely wonderful nanny to our family and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her in our children’s lives. She adores them as if they were her own, and it is so clear in the care, patience and warmth she brings every single day.

Elle knows our children inside out. She understands their personalities, their routines, what makes them laugh, what helps them feel calm, and exactly how to bring out the best in them. She is always thinking of lovely crafts, activities, outings and little ways to make their days fun, engaging and special. The children absolutely adore her and have built such a strong bond with her.

She is also an enormous support to us as a whole family, not just to the children. She is thoughtful, reliable, flexible and always willing to help, which has made such a difference to our day-to-day life. She brings such calm and reassurance into our home, and we have always felt completely confident that the children are safe, happy and beautifully cared for with her.

Elle is one of the most patient people we have ever met, even through the most dramatic toddler moments, tricky emotions, messy days (she’ll understand my reference to the Wroxham Barns toilets here) and all the less glamorous parts of childcare. She handles everything with kindness, humour and complete calm.

Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Elle. She has been a truly valued part of our family, and we would recommend her without hesitation.
