•Hi, I'm Molly! I am a qualified Primary School Teacher and Early Years Practitioner with a wide range of experience.

•I’m seeking a full time (or several part time) nanny position(s)!

•I’m patient, nurturing, positive, creative, fun, and have always loved working with children. I have a strong belief in gentle, slow, Waldorf style childhoods following consistent rhythms and routines.

•I have a PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status and a 1st class Early Childhood degree, and I’ve spent most of my life working in nanny/ au pair roles, nurseries, preschools and primary schools.

•I am comfortable with children of any age, and happy with full care, from wake-up to bedtime routines, and everything in between.

•I have an enhanced DBS check and paediatric first aid certificate

•Happy to do light housework/cooking/washing etc if required!

•My pay rate is negotiable & dependent on requirements.

•I am unregistered, and I do not drive.

My Experience

I’ve been caring for children in different capacities for the last 6 years.

I have worked as a full-time live-in Au Pair in both Australia and New Zealand (great references available on request). I would have sole care of up to 4 children at a time for up to 45 hours per week, and we would spend time reading, being creative, playing outside, dancing, baking and going to the park or playgroups. I value child-led care, encouraging free-play, outdoor play, minimal screen-time where appropriate and following gentle routines.

I also have lots of experience working in nanny roles, nursery, preschool and primary school settings with children of all ages, with experience working 1-1 with children with SEND.

My Qualifications

I have a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status. I graduated with a 1st in my BA (Hons) Early Childhood Degree, and I am Level 6 Qualified. I also have a Level 2 SEND qualification. I am first aid trained.
