My Experience

I currently work as a Home Helper for the elderly. My role as a Home Helper involves supporting older people with everyday tasks that allow them to continue living independently in their own homes. This includes practical assistance such as cleaning, shopping, housekeeping, and meal preparation, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. I’ve developed strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills through working with a variety of clients, and I take pride in helping people maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. I bring a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm for child care. I’ve grown up around children and have been actively involved in caring for my younger brother, especially as my mother is a single parent. This has given me real
life experience with responsibility, patience, and understanding children’s needs. I enjoy being around kids and am confident supporting their daily routines, play, and wellbeing.
