About Me
As a mother I realize the importance of knowing that your child is in a happy, safe and secure environment which is well organised and disciplined and at the same time emulates the love and affection offered by parents to their children at home.
My policy is to make parents welcome at any time. I encourage visits during the day where possible within working hours. I understand the concerns parents have leaving their children with a child minder and I hope this will reassure themselves and the child

My Experience
I have been a registered childminder for 24 years and have recently been classed as Good by OFSTED. I have also been registered with the PACEY for 24years. Also I am a Quality assured Childminder. In the Telford area I also support newly registered childminders, I regularly up date all my qualifications while caring for my own two children. I come from a large family so I have always been around children from an early age. I have also offered volunteer work with Home Start. I also work with Telford and Wrekin council to provide respite and a safe and caring enviroment for children.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.90 per hour
£4.90 per hour per child.
£6.00 per hour per child after 6.00pm.
A deposit is required of a £100
Each parent is given up to three weeks holiday at half rate and can be booked by either party any other holiday over 15 days
We will be offering the three year funding placements and we Also except work place vouchers
2.00 will be charged for any pick up made by the child minder
ALL BANK HOLIDAYS ARE CHARGED AT HALF RATE

I have to say Rachel and her team are excellent, we could not wish for a better childminder! We are aybserloutly over the moon to have her looking after our son! Its an incredible setting as well as personable and lovely people who give the home from home and professional, educational and fun that is needed. Our son has started with Rachel at 6 months and he is loving every second!
If we could rate higher than 5 then we would give her at least 1000.

We used Rachel until our children were old enough to attend school.
I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough, she provides a fun filled and loving environment and the children adored spending time at her house, particularly in the custom built toy room which is filled full of their favourite toys additionally, the garden is out this world! It’s like a mini park!!!!
As a parent I could not have expected so much and although was nervous about returning to work, as soon as I met Rachel and spoke with her about my anxieties, all of that melted away.
She encouraged me to spend some time there and said if I ever I wanted to phone up and check on them, and then I was more than welcome to.
At the end of every day my children were happy and exited to go back and play the next day!
Rachel is highly recommended and I advise that anyone ready to return to work in the Telford area should check her out! You won't be disappointed!
