About Me
I am a registered childminder living in maidenhead with my five children and my husband. I have three sons; one is 23 and just finished university, the other is 22 he also studying university. I also have two daughters; one is 21 studying law at university, the other is 18 and in sixth-form. I also have a 3 years old toddler. I am a very organised and proactive person so I enjoy organising activities to keep the children happy and occupied. My whole downstairs floor is available for the children to play and explore in with 3 rooms specifically dedicated to them. Alongside this I have a large garden with a play structure and sand pits and pools for the summer and a nearby park that can be used for physical activity. There are even fun places such as a mobile library and horse farm less than 5 minutes walk away. I can organise and manage communication between the parent/carer and I.
I can ensure the safety of all children in my care and make sure they have a good, friendly and cheerful environment to learn, enjoy, relax and sleep in. I can give children a wide range of knowledge and skills that provide the right foundation for good future progress.

From the moment we visited Sultana for the first time, I knew that she was the perfect person to look after my son. She is kind, caring and has a natural way with children. It made my return to work so much easier knowing that he was happy and comfortable with her. She has a great downstairs space for the children, including a designated children's room with lots of toys, a big garden and cots and beds for children to sleep in. She makes lovely homemade food for lunch and makes sure that naps and milk feeds are given as per the child's usual routine. She is extremely flexible when it comes to booking extra care and she frequently updates me with details of how my son is developing. She seems to be completely in tune with him, picking up on little things that are really useful to know as a parent. I feel so lucky to have someone like Sultana to look after my son and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Sultana has been great with my daughter since she started going in April earlier this year. Sultana is very kind and caring and does a lot of fun activities. She has a large garden and lots of space in her house for the kids to do various indoor and outdoor activities.
Sultana is very flexible with the hours that I send my daughter and is very accommodating with mine and my daughters needs. She never says no to any request that I may have.
My daughter loves to go to Sultanas house and even during her settling in hours my daughter didn't want to leave and ended up staying the whole day.

Sultana is the best childminder you can ever find. When we first visited her, we liked it immediately because she has a lot of space for the kids (almost the whole ground floor is theirs), she has lots of toy and educational items, proper sleeping bed... everything that you need for your child to be safe and feel like home.
The back garden has a little playground for the kids and lots of outdoor toys. They also pick up fruits when harvested, look for snails after the rain and so on.
She is a caring person, very flexible with her schedule and you can always count on her. Her family is lovely, they often play with the little ones.
Although my daughter goes to the nursery for a month now, we are still taking her to Sultana from time to time, just a bit so she can play with her youngest boy. They became friends quickly.

My kids have been going to Sultana for two years. Since day one she has been amazing. They have learned numbers, letters, colours, started writing and all the other things that they would have been taught at a nursery. But I feel that they got much more than they would in a nursery setting as they were given much more attention and one on one time. They ask every single day if they can go to Sultana today. She has been kind, patient, caring and my kids have felt like they are part of her family. We had the option of sending for our she would provide food and we asked that she provide food. The kids love her cooking and often ask me to make the dishes she cooks. I never felt any concern about the cleanliness of the setting, always today and clean. The toys and play areas are all really well stocked with a huge variety of toys and games and her outdoor space is so amazing. The kids loved doing planting and gardening with her. She was the best person I could have hoped for to look after my babies and we are so sad that it is time to move on to big school. As a parent you just pray that the person you leave your kids with would treat them even better than you would yourself and I can honestly say that Sultana has been everything and more than I could have asked for. Whichever child/children go to her next are very lucky. I can't recommend Sultana enough.
