About Me
I have two daughters who are almost 6 and 2.5. The older one is at school - she's quite independent and self-sufficient, loves arts and crafts, reading and all the usual things. The younger one is at nursery from Tuesday-Thursday, she likes lots of undivided attention (not always easy to achieve!) and lives for cuddles. My husband and I both work from home most of the time.
My Requirements

We're always on the lookout for babysitters local to St. Andrew's/Montpelier.
We're not looking for set hours, but semi-regular ad-hoc babysitting/nannying which could include:
- school/nursery pick-ups
- playing with the kids at home
- escorting to their various activities
- helping with the neverending list of chores
We're hoping to find someone who:
- is fun, energetic, proactive and caring
- lives locally and has flexibility to accommodate ad-hoc hours
- has some experience of childcare/feels confident to look after two young kids
- is confident and pro-active to think of fun things to do inside and outside with the kids with minimal supervision (though we're often around)
- is confident to look after both kids at the same time, including bed times
It would be fantastic to find someone who is relatively settled in the area and who we could get to know and work with longer term, though open to hearing from anyone who thinks they might be able to help!
i've indicated more likely hours below but as i said we're looking for ad-hoc babysitters not regular.
