My Summary
About Me
I am 54 years old, married with 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
I live in East Ardsley and cover East Ardsley Primary School.
I have a 19x13ft playroom with low toy storage to enable children to access their own toys. Toys stored out of the room are brought in and rotated on a regular basis.
I provide many interesting and exciting activities for the children which involves crafts, sensory experiences, games, outdoor activities like farms, parks, sensory room, country parks, playgyms, museums, safari park, seaside, the deep ect
I am fortunate to have a large car which enables us to explore further afield and to use when the weather is less desirable.
I follow the EYFS and plan activities to cover all areas of learning.
Each child has a online tapestry journal alongside a development tracking book which shows many photographs of the children enjoying the activities and shows how they are developing in each area of learning.
I add photographs mostly daily to allow parents to see what their child has been doing, to allow for conversation opportunities with their child & reinforcing what we have learnt and so parents can go to work in the knowledge that their child is having fun and is settled and happy.
I maintained my 'OUTSTANDING' grade in my recent ofsted inspection (July 2022) for the 3rd inspection running.
My Experience
I have 32years experience as a childminder, 36 years experience as a parent, 5 years experience working with the children of referred families within Social Services, 5 years experience of paraplegia Cerebral Palsy and other complex needs and experience with epilepsy, sensory processing disorder, autism, adhd and behavioural issues. I have a level 4 diploma in SEND.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
My Fees are £46 for up to a 9 hour day between hours 7am/5pm & £5.50 with a minimum of 3 hours to pick up and drop off at East Ardsley school.
Parents provide all meals & nappies.
Childminder provides drinks, snacks, activities and outing costs
