My Requirements

Both of us are required to work in London and to travel intermittently. We have a part-time nanny 2 days a week but we are looking for someone who can help around the house on the other days (Mon and Wed) while the children are at school, and be available for Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday collection from school and dinner / bedtime care on an ad hoc basis. We can offer guaranteed hours on the basis of flexibility between the household work and childcare requirements, but do need someone who can be a bit flexible on the precise hours on those days. Our youngest is in reception and oldest is in year 3. For the children, it would entail collecting the boys from school / clubs, doing some homework, making dinner and doing the bath / bedtime routine, staying until we get home (usually by 7pm, though sometimes later). For the household help, it would involve laundry, ironing, changing bed linen, tidying the house, and ad hoc organisational jobs (e.g. clearing out toys, etc). We have two cats so not for someone with allergies! We are looking for someone who is reliable, fun, creative, organised, responsible, tidy, flexible, and able to cook.
