Hello, I am a 24 year and graduated with A BA in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion studies. I also have my PGCE. I am the eldest of four children, with the age range from twenty to thirteen. I am a fun, personable and enthusiastic individual. I am reliable, encompass good organisational skills, and am diligent. I enjoy working with children and believe that I am a good communicator, listener and team player.
My Experience
Being the eldest of four, I have regularly babysat my younger siblings, taking them to and from school, taking them on days out to the swimming pool, forest, park, and many more activities. Additionally, I have volunteered in different settings with children. I went to a Romanian orphanage for two weeks in 2015 working with children with cognitive and physical disabilities. The children ages ranged from 3-24 years. We stimulated the children through various sensory activities. Furthermore, i volunteered in Uganda for one month building a playground and working in a school and planning activities for children (craft, sport, team activities). We interacted, played and encouraged the children to develop new skills. Most recently I have been to Tanzania for five weeks, working in a baby home orphanage. The children’s age ranged from newborn to eleven. Here I bathed, fed, played, stimulated, observed, and planned activities for the children. The activities included sensory stimulation, arts and crafts, water play, and day trips to the beach, water park and market walks. I have also conducted work experience In a mainstream junior school; working in a Year 5 class assisting the pupils with their learning needs. Along with a work experience placement in a specialist provision school, working with children with profound and multiple learning difficulties, educating the children through sensory exploration, singing, touching, listening watching etc. In addition to working with children with a variety of different special educational needs assisting, again, with their learning needs - reading, writing, sport, cooking etc. In each of these different environments I developed numerous skills and enhanced my knowledge greatly to how best to engage, stimulate and care for children.
My Qualifications
10 GCSES A*-B. 3 A levels, English literature (C), Psychology (C), and Religious Studies (B). DBS Checked. Graduated with a first class degree in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion studies.

I am available for most days of the week morning through to evening.
