My Summary

My Experience

I have over 30 years of experience working with children across a range of settings, including as a nanny, early years practitioner and within Additional Support Needs (ASN) facilities. Throughout my career, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting children at different stages of their development, recognising and responding to their individual needs, and creating safe, nurturing and stimulating environments where they can thrive. I have learned the importance of patience, understanding, flexibility and building trusting relationships with both children and their families. My experience has taught me that every child is unique, that communication and consistency are key, and that sometimes the smallest achievements can be the biggest milestones. Above all, I believe every child deserves to feel valued, included, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
