I am a fun( I laugh alot), passionate and conscientious worker with over 37 years of experience working with children and young adults. I have 4 children of my own and 9 grandchildren( I'm only 56!!)
Always works according to the parents instructions follows any medication or care plans and making a child's safety a priority.
I have worked very closely with a family, 2 of the children being on the spectrum ,organising activities to enable the children to learn whilst playing. Promoting independency, praising highly, never dwelling on a negative and building confidence through positivity.
Helping mum with household chores to ensure the home runs as they would want.
Also until recently as a TA in a local prep school for 3 years where the children always found me to be very playful, but always someone they could turn to for comfort or just that person to make them smile.
