About Me

Hello,
I am a kind, loving & patient person who is passionate about the academic and holistic development in children, supporting and enabling them to reach their full potential.

I love to care for children in a variety of settings including being outside in nature, reconnecting with the world around them, ensuring they feel safe, happy and are free to create and express
themselves.
Having worked with children both neurotypical and neurodiverse (ages ranging from birth to 13)
individually and in larger group settings, I have extensive experience caring for children in a wide
range of environments.

I am currently working as an unqualified Teacher in a Middle School, teaching Food Technology to the year 7 & 8 students.
I have curated a comprehensive, skill-building recipe repertoire for the students, promoting creativity and confidence in the kitchen.
I lead handwriting & reading interventions, responsible for facilitating literacy support programmes that address gaps in phonological awareness, fluency, and fine motor handwriting whilst TAing in other lessons.

I have worked for over 20 years as a Nanny, 3 years as a Nursery Nurse and 1 year as a Forest School Leader.

I am available to work 2 full day per week and evening/weekend babysitting.

In one of my previous Nanny roles, I cared for 3 wonderful boys whom I adored!
I was their nanny for 8 years, I started when the twins were 12 weeks old & the eldest was 3. I have extensive newborn & weaning experience.

Having worked with children (ages ranging from birth to 13) and their parents for over 20 years, I have vast experience in looking after children in a wide range of environments.

My objective is to find a friendly, relaxed family, who would like their children to be outside, in nature, learning through play, that I will enjoy working with, to help
care for their child or children.
