I have a Masters Degree in Early Years Education and I enjoy sharing my time and knowledge with children.
I like to observe and interact with the little ones, to understand how I can help them grow and develop their skills.
As a mom of a nearly 2 years old girl, I always try to provide my daughter with fun and playful moments. We like to meet other nannies and do activities with other kids and also to share delicious and nutritive meals/snacks.
We love animals and nature, enjoy going to the park, farms, soft plays and other group activities.
Whether it's raining or shining, we like to dress up and enjoy what nature has to offer.
At home, we do sensory and messy play activities.
My daughter (Nov 2018) will be happy for having a friend to play and to share a few moments. She is very friendly and independent, does not mind sharing her mom.
My Experience
7 years experience in Portugal working as a Primary Teacher and Early Years Teacher.
3 years experience in London as a Room Leader (private nurseries and babysitting/nanny).
10 years experience with early years.

I am currently working with another family (temporary) and it has been a fantastic experience for the children. We have created a relationship of great complicity and the children are inseparable and very friendly.
It's amazing how children complement each other and learn from each other in such a natural way.

As a first time mom on maternity leave for 12 months, you can imagine how anxious I was when I had to leave my child for the first time. The thought of leaving your child and all the concerns that come with it, makes the choice difficult and you want to make the right one. One of the things that we wanted was someone that was flexible, that would agree with part-time and that would look after our child as he was theirs. Fortunately, Andreia was in the right place, at the right time and I couldn't be happier. Although she has her little girl with her, she gives the same attention and interacts the same way with both of them. She's knowledgeable about the children's development and I feel comfortable in asking her questions and hear her suggestions regarding my child's development. They do a lot of activities and outings and my son loves it...from music, story telling, to messy play, play groups, sensory experiences, farms...the best thing is the opportunity for my child to interact and socialize with other children. Overall I'm extremely happy and whoever chooses Andreia doesn't know how lucky they are.
