My Requirements

Hi,

We are a family of four looking for a full-time live-in Norland Nanny to shape and take care of our two sons.

We have two boys (age 6 and 3.5). Both boys are well-mannered, friendly, active, highly engaged and interactive. They are very intellectually curious, love learning and conversing. A nanny who enjoys teaching and who has an interest in child development would find spending time with them enjoyable. The best words to describe them would be 'academic' for the older one and 'curious & loves the outdoors' for the younger one.

We live in West London (near Holland Park) and are an easy going, happy family. We like to make sure that nannies who are with us enjoy their time with us and feel like part of the family.

Details about the role are below:

- We live in West London (near Holland Park)
- We are looking for a live-in nanny. We would be offering the nanny her own room and bathroom, on her own floor.
- The children go to full day school & nursery in Notting Hill
- We are looking for someone who is keen on a long-term role (2 years or more) as we would need a full-time nanny even whilst the children are in full day school as both parents will be working full-time
- We travel often and the nanny is welcome to travel with us if she chooses to. If she prefers time off while we are away, that would be fine as well.
- The role is 60 hours a week, 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday
- We have an automatic car and the nanny would have the option to drive the kids to school and activities if she wishes to. but being able to drive is not essential for the role.
- The salary for the role would be £55K for the live-in role.

Our younger son (3.5 years old) is a fussy eater, takes a long time to eat his meals, chews very slowly - making meal times quite long and stressful for us. His weight is quite low as a result of poor eating, and we would need someone with experience on how to fix his eating and ensure that he gains weight at a good pace.
