My Requirements

We are looking for an engaged and experienced tutor-nanny to care for and guide our two lively and curious sons (ages 7 and 5) after school each weekday.

We are looking for someone who brings a developmental mindset to the everyday rhythm of after-school care. Role includes: School pick-up, afternoon routine (bath, snack), homework supervision and support, running short and structured lessons or educational activities, helping instil respectful discipline and routine.

Hours; Mon-Fri, 3:15pm - 6:15 pm (15 hours per week)
Additional hours available during school holidays

Location: Central/West London

Who we're looking for:
Someone with a genuine interest in early childhood development
Prior experience in teaching or tutoring young children
Comfortable with and skilled at setting clear boundaries while ensuring that learning and study is fun
Warm, intellectually curious and proactive in engaging children through learning and play
Willing to give us a long-term commitment (minimum two years).

Our children are bright, energetic, and love to ask questions - they thrive with adults who are both firm and nurturing, and who themselves enjoy being intellectually and emotionally present with them.
