My Requirements

We are looking for an engaged and experienced tutor-nanny to care for and guide our two lively and curious sons (ages 8 and 5).


We are looking for someone who brings a developmental mindset to the everyday rhythm of after-school care. Role includes: Getting ready for school and breakfast in the mornings. School pick-up, afternoon routine (bath, snack), homework supervision and support, running short and structured lessons or educational activities, helping instil respectful discipline and routine.

Hours;
Monday (11 hours full day): 7am - 7pm
Tue - Fri:
7am - 9am every morning and
3:15 pm - 6:15 pm after school every day

(32 hours every week)

We can be flexible if less hours are desired.

Additional hours available during school holidays are also available.

Location: Central/West London

Who we're looking for:
Someone with a genuine interest in early childhood development
Prior experience in teaching or tutoring young children
Comfortable with and skilled at setting clear boundaries while ensuring that learning and study is fun
Warm, intellectually curious and proactive in engaging children through learning and play
Willing to give us a long-term commitment (minimum two years).

Our children are bright, energetic, and love to ask questions - they thrive with adults who are both firm and nurturing, and who themselves enjoy being intellectually and emotionally present with them.
