About Me
I am currently pregnant with my first baby and am looking to start a new nanny job for when I go back to work 2027, I am looking for a role where preferably I could bring my baby with me who’s at similar age so they can socialise with each other.
Im very keen to go out and about during the day and go to various places such as parks, museums, farms, playgroups etc.
I have chosen to work in Childcare because I love interacting, communicating and having fun with children.
I would describe myself as enthusiastic, committed, mature, kind and very happy. I like to do activities with children that promote mental, physical and emotional support for the child’s development. I am a calm and polite carer who can still work under pressure if needed.
I also find it very important to not only build a relationship with the child but the whole family so that everybody can have trust in the process of helping the child grow up in the correct ways and in the right environment.
My Experience
I have gained experience when working and looking after children throughout my life. My mum was a childminder for over 20 years so I have always helped her out with children. During my college course I have worked in a Pre-school, reception class and in a childminder’s home. I have also been working in a nursery baby room for 4 years. I have done emergency nannying and agency nursery work too. I have been nannying for 6 years in total, ranging from single children/babies to twin families, I have lots of twin experience, one set being from 9 months old - 4 years, twin boys from 15 months - 2 and a half and twin girls from 10 months - 20 months.
