About Me
Hello, My names Ro. I am 32 years old.
I previously worked in childcare for 5 years, as a Nursery Nurse and then room leader. I am now studying to become a Primary School Teacher.
I am looking to tutor Primary aged children, as well as babysit any age.
There is an emphasis on early phonics, reading and mathematics currently in my degree, but am happy to tutor whatever necessary.
I work in a child centred way, getting to know the individual child, which areas of learning to focus on and the ways in which they learn.
Children have always warmed to me easily and I pride myself on being able to create a fun, stimulating and safe environment for them. I have also worked in hospitals where I learnt a lot of first aid. This has come in handy in childcare as I feel confident that I know what to do in an emergency. I am DBS checked and have a level 4 NVQ in early years education.
