My Experience

I have been nannying for the past 7 years and have built up a very good relationship with both parents and children.

I have previously worked for a range of families with ages varying from newborn to 15 years old. I have a full DBS check and have previously worked in a nursery in a toddler room and have now been nannying for 7 years. I am a kind, caring and friendly individual. I can batch cook and meal prep, I am also willing to do some light housework.

I have my own car, business insurance and a clean UK driving license.

I have previously worked as a nanny for a family with 2 children, providing after-school care which included a very busy schedule. In this role, I was picking the children up and taking them to after-school activities, returning home and cooking tea, completing homework and waiting for the parents to arrive home.


Further on I have worked for a family who had a newborn and 2 other young children providing morning/mother’s help. In this role I was getting the 2 eldest up and ready for school/preschool, ensuring they had everything they needed and taking them to their schools. Another job which was one of my duties was to empty the dishwasher, clean the kitchen and load/hang out the washing.

The next family had a 6-month-old and 2 other young children who I provided before school and afternoon help. This job required me to get one child ready for school, getting her dressed, breakfast, and school bags ready for the mother who likes to take her. Whilst I was left with the 6-month-old and the other child, I would also dress, give breakfast / make and give bottles too. I would then take both of the children for walks, and lots of outdoor playing, take them swimming, create a fun sensory play for the youngest, make and feed the children lunch, put the baby to nap and hand them back over to the mother.


I have also worked for a family with 2 two children who were both non-verbal and Immobile. This job was a temporary job covering for another nanny. The children required full-time support. I was required to get both dressed and ready for school, breakfast which I had to feed to both, change nappies, and make sure both had everything required for their day at school, one child went to school by a taxi the other I had to drive to school. Both children attended special needs schools. In the afternoon I was required to pick up one child and return home and wait for the other to be returned via taxi. I then made dinner for both and assisted with feeding, and cleaning up play time. There was a second nanny in the afternoon who assisted with bath time as we had to pick the children up to get them in and out of the bath. We would get them into their pyjamas and downstairs and wait for the parents to return.

I then worked for a family with 3 young children providing 1 full day a week and before and after school including drop offs and pickups until bedtime. I travelled with this family on holiday and lived with them when we went into the first long down in 2020. I provided a lot of help and care to this family.

My Availability

I am looking for a family who needs either mornings or afternoons 5 days a week or 3 to 4 full days. Minimum of 30 hours a week

My Fees

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (net)

Live in salary to be discussed. Or live out £18.00
