About Me
My name is Seu Yan and I have been a registered childminder for 9 Years. I am extremely qualified for the job as I have had my own children and I have a passion for looking after kids, having the safety and the well-being of the child as a priority.
I am based in Little Chalfont, near Amersham (Buckinghamshire) and I live a 2 Minute walk from Chalfont & Latimer Station. This makes travel to London extremely easy and efficient.
I do not have any pets in my house. I have a large variety of toys inside the house and I have a large back garden with a lot of outdoor toys. This makes Summertime very enjoyable for the kids, as I like to promote a healthy lifestyle. I also cook hot healthy Chinese Meals for Dinner and can provide Lunch and Breakfast for your child. I also enjoy baking and gardening with the children.
My Experience
I have three children of my own - Two Daughters aged 21 ,19, and a 18 Year Old Son(All CRB Checked)
I have been a registered Childminder for 9 Years and a Babysitter for 6 Years. I have cared for children from many different backgrounds and ages and I have worked with children with allergies and dietary requirements.
My Qualifications
I have completed a:
- First Aid Course
- Food Hygiene Course,
- Child Protection Course,
- Safeguarding Children Course.
I have achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Home-Based Childcare.
This was completed in 2011.
I am also CRB Checked.

My Fees
I currently charge:
- *Full Day Care for £60
- *After School Care for £25
- *Can provide for Hourly Charges.
*All prices can be negotiated. If you are interested for me to provide care, please do not hesitate in contacting me about pricing. I can charge hourly, but this highly depends on the length of stay.
Full Day and After School Care is accompanied with a Hot Chinese Meal and After-School Pick Up.
