About Me
Hello my name is Kim and I am a fully qualified registered childminder , i have been a registered childminder since march 2006. I am very experienced as I have 5 children of my own, in which two still live at home with me, we are a very fun, happy, friendly family, I am very flexible and reliable! I really do enjoy looking after children and feel I have lots of experience having five of my own! I always give the children fun and exciting days out , We also go to playgroups, play-barns, farms, parks etc etc and visit the libraries on a regular basis , at home we do cooking, play dough, painting, arts and crafts, we play educational games that work around the EYfs . I have a big play room with lots of different toys , ie. Shape sorting toys, puzzles, cars, dolly's, prams , garage , cars , musical instruments and lots more . I have a large garden with lots of outside equipment . I am a very loving childminder and treat my childminded children exactly how I would want my own children to be cared and looked after, I have many references that you can look at. I have over 30 years of childcare experience and have been registered since 2006.
My Qualifications
I have completed a first aid course,level 3 cache diploma course, along with E.Y.F.S, problem solving, religious faiths, working with boys, positive relationships, practical play,schema course, equality and diversity level 2, improving children’s learning through play, health and self- care ,and a prevent COVID-19 course.
I have also covered a safe guarding training course .
My Availability
I can work from 7.30 am untill 6pm . I work Monday to Thursday, and also school holidays. I can
look after children on a short term bases or ad -hoc ( if I have a space available) . I also do babysitting any area considered please contact me for more information if your looking for a babysitter , I can pick up and drop of to all saints benhilton school (Sutton) I live very close to Sutton common station if any parent needs to commute to work .

Kim has been an amazing childminder for my 18 month old for the past 2 months (November and December). We were so lucky when Kim had a space to take my son for a short period of time while we found childcare, I would have loved him to stay with Kim permanently but unfortunately she already had a child booked into this space from January!
Kim is so kind and caring, she really loves all the children that she looks after and this shows! She had a fantastic play room at home with lots of toys for the children and she is always taking the children out to local playgroups and activities, like the farm and library.
My son left Kim’s with so many craft items he had completed, for fireworks night and Xmas - Including tree decorations and a handmade card. He also got a small gift from Kim which was so thoughtful and kind.
Kim is a great communicator and frequently kept touch via WhatsApp and would send updates at least once a day with photos of the children and what they had been doing that day. On days when my son wasn’t 100% or had cried on drop off she always messaged me with photos of him smiling and playing (usually by the time I was at the end of her road!) to put my mind at ease.
I would recommend Kim as a childminder for all ages, she makes both you and your child feel at home and settled. I would love my son to have stayed in her care but unfortunately we were too late to get a space!

Being new to the area, we were apprehensive about finding childcare for our 1 year old when I was due to return to work a few years ago. My own Mum is an experienced childminder so I had very set ideas and understanding of what type of childminder/ setting I wanted for our little boy.
We went to meet Kim at her home when our little one was around 6 months and from that first meeting we knew we found the one. Kim was warm, chatty, showed us loads of policies and journals. Her home is beautifuk, clean and the children have plenty of space, both indoors and out to play in. Most importantly, Kim was eager to meet our little one and have a cuddle. We left knowing that we had found the right childminder (despite thinking we would need to visit a few to find a good one). This felt like amazing luck considering this was our first childminder we had seen!
Kim offered several settling in sessions in the build up to starting full time, we took it a session at a time and our little one settled really well.
Kim is out and about a lot, taking the little ones to various places during the week including local playgroups, the library, farms, parks, museums etc. I feel that this has helped our little ones confidence grow and he loves being out and about now!
Kim provides regular updates and photos / videos daily so you can see what your little one is up to. This is a lovely way to feel involved and up to date with what your little one is up to during the day. Kim provides updates as and when required and you are also able to message and check in if needed.
Kim has been amazing over the past 2 years but sadly due to location of our little ones pre school, we had to make the very sad decision to leave.
We are so thankful for the amazing 2 years of childcare Kim has provided and would recommend her setting to all!

Kim's home is a welcoming and fun-filled environment. She makes a real effort to create a warm atmosphere, and our child loves the variety of games and activities she provides. It's clear she puts a lot of thought into keeping the children engaged and happy.
What truly sets Kim apart is her dedication to celebrating the children in her care. She goes above and beyond to make Birthdays, Christmas and all occasions special, organising lovely little parties that make each child feel celebrated and loved. This personal touch shows just how much she cares.
Kim is always happy to help and has a warm, caring nature. We highly recommend her!

I have 3 daughters and was so worried about chosing a childminder for my youngest.. and then I met Kimmy! My daughter adores her and I will forever be grateful for everything she has done. The places they go, the friends they make, the fun they have and the love that is given is everything you want and more. Kim has taught my daughter so much and been such a great role model. Kims setting is like home from home, my daughter runs through every morning and doesn't look back. Kim is patient, kind, caring and builds great relationships with her children and their parents. I wouldn't recommend anyone else <3

Kim cared for our daughter for almost two years, and we couldn’t be happier. She created a warm, fun, and safe environment filled with exciting outings — from splash parks and play areas to the library and Mercedes World. Our daughter loved every moment and always came home smiling. Kim is truly exceptional, and we highly recommend her.

Kim looked after my daughter from reception to year 6, and my son for most of that time too. Each year they made valentines, Easter, mothers/fathers day crafts and gifts- items we will cherish for years- and each year it was new and creative! She gave my daughter some thoughtful and precious leaving gifts too. She is accommodating and supportive, looking after my children incredibly well. I would recommend her to anyone who asked.

Kim doesn’t just look after the children, she takes them in like her own and cares for them how you would want anyone to treat your child. She is so caring, kind and patient and my daughter thrived being with her. It was only brief in the mornings for an hour but Kim always still managed to do artwork, crafts, puzzles, fine motor skilled games with my child every single day. My daughter absolutely loved her and will definitely have lasting fond memories being looked after by Kim. Thank you :)

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my son Archie’s time with Kim.
Kim has treated Archie like he was one of her own children and I always felt extremely happy leaving Archie in Kim’s care. He had so much fun visiting parks, play groups, libraries etc. he made some lovely friends at Kims and always came home extremely happy. The only reason Archie has left Kims is because he is starting nursery otherwise he would 100% have stayed in her care for longer. Thank you so much Kim ❤️

Kim looked after my 4 years old son for one day.
It was his first experience with a Childminder.
Kim is a friendly, positive and reliable Childminder.
Her setting is clean and full of different toys.
They did many activities during one day - arts, visited playgroup and playground.
Kim sent me a lot of photos of that day.
My son was happy and entertained.

My son was with Kimmy from 10 months to 3 years, my daughter had previously been with her for the same so I knew how fantastic she is already. Kim made my last 6 years of being a working parent so much easier, both of my children loved their days with her, lots of trips to playgroups, parks and all sorts of other wonderful places mixed with beautiful crafts and art that is themed to seasons and special occasions to help them learn. Great communication, lots of photos on what's app. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Kim that I would even contemplate a 3rd!
