My Summary

My Experience

I have worked within the childcare sector for around 10 plus years, I left college and went straight into the nursery I did my college workplace at and stayed within this company for 8 to 9 years. While at this nursery I worked with the age range 6 weeks old all the way to 12 years old. I had been room leader of baby room as well as deputy of preschool and toddler at some point while working there, I also would help do the school run on days we got super busy.
Before leaving this nursery to attend a new one I was the room leader of baby room where I took care of up to 9 children alongside my team. Our daily tasks was to prepare meals, bottles, change nappies, creating amazing activities for each child to develop, nap times, and providing a safe place for the child/children. I had amazing bonds with the families and still speak to them now.

My second nursery I was only there for a year due to unforeseen circumstances of management there but I was room leader of the toddler room here which again was building bonds with the children, making sure their needs were met and helping them to reach their milestones. I still speak to these parents to this day too and sometimes babysit.

I moved onto nannying which is a whole new role where I attended work at their family home, I had two children school aged and my daily tasks were breakfast, getting ready for school and drop off in morning. After school picks up, attend clubs if needed and prepare dinner before baths and bed.
I’m school holidays I would work longer hours where we was plan things the children would want to do. I also did one long day of cleaning on a Friday which would involved anything to do with the children.
Since being a nanny I have looked after 3 different families and have background with babies all the way up to 10 years old.
I have also opened my own babysitting company with 3 employees under me.

I am currently on maternity leave however looking at returning to work from march/April 2024.

My Qualifications

I have a level 3 diploma in childcare and education.
I’m first aid trained aswell

My Availability

I am currently on maternity leave however looking at returning to work from march/april 2024.
When returning I am looking for a middle of the day shift 930-130
Babysitting role also be option :)

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
• Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)

Babysitting rate is £10 however depending on travel I may charge up to £13-£15
Nannying rate is £13 however will also charge petrol fees for travelling to and from school run (monthly cost)
