My Requirements

I’m looking for a reliable, energetic and active person to help regularly with my two 9-year-old boys.

The main thing I’m looking for is someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and being active with them. This might include taking them out on their bikes, playing football, tennis or cricket, going to the park, swimming, or generally getting them outdoors and engaged.

There is quite a lot of flexibility in how the hours can be arranged. I particularly need some help on Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons, but weekday school pick-ups and after-school help could also be really useful. For example, this could be a couple of school pick-ups during the week, taking the boys swimming or to an activity after school, a few hours at the weekend, or a combination of these. You do not need to be available for all the times listed.

I’m ideally looking for someone who can become a regular, consistent part of our routine rather than occasional babysitting. If you drive, that would be particularly helpful, although please do get in touch even if you don’t.

A recent Enhanced DBS check is essential and references will also be required.
