About Me
My name is Tracy and I run Little Seedlings Childcare based in Lanchester and have been Ofsted registered since 1995, prior to this I was a nanny.
I have experience working with babies and children of all ages and offer a home from home environment to all children in my care.
I follow the EYFS framework
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder for nearly 30 years and regularly attend training courses to make sure I'm up to date with new policy and procedures so the children have the best care they can. I have also attended Forest School schools training and plan to implement this in my setting.
My Qualifications
Diploma in Home Based Childcare
NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care and Learning Development
QA Level 3 in Paediatric First Aid
