Hello! My name is Salma, I am based in Worcester Park, Surrey.

My setting is shared with my mother Naj (Najs Playhouse) who is also a Ofsted Registered Childminder.

I have over 15 years of experience in the Childcare Industry from being a Babysitter, Ofsted Registered Nanny and Ofsted Registered Childminders Assistant to now a Ofsted Registered Childminder.
I have newborn experience up to ages of 10 years old.
I have completed Becoming A Registered Childminder course, which covers how to support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Safeguarding Children.
I am DBS Enhanced checked and First Aid trained.
Our setting follows the EYFS throughout two large log cabin playhouses (covering 7 areas of learning), garden outdoor space with play equipment.
My Experience
I am currently working as a full time Ofsted Registered Childminder.
My previous job was a Childminders Assistant at Najs Playhouse in Worcester Park. Caring for children ages 9 months old up to age 10 years old.
I also have been a Nanny to a family for 7 years, caring for a 7 year old boy and 10 year old girl (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays). Thursday & Friday I worked as a Childminders Assistant at Najs Playhouse, in Worcester Park looking after children ages 9 months old up to age 10 years old.
My first job in the childcare industry was babysitting, working through an agency called Wimbledon Babysitting and being a Childminders Assistant at ( Najs Playhouse). During this time I looked after children ages 3 months to 12 years old.
I have 1 years experience being a Nanny for a child with Autism.
Throughout University I was a babysitter for many families.

- Completed a Childminding course and Safeguarding
- Full Driving Licence

Our son has been with Salma for 6 months and adores her. As soon as we visited we knew this would be the right fit, a warm and loving home with all the amenities of a nursery. We couldn't hope for a better setting, our son eats, sleeps, plays and always comes home with a smile on his face. We get photo updates throughout the day, of the various fun activities they're doing.
The care and kindness Salma shows is far beyond what we would consider average, at this point leaving Reuben with her feels more like an extension of family than a childcare provider. Reuben has really thrived since being here, Salma supports his development needs and his language is exploding.

We truly feel lucky to have found Salma. She is kind, patient and warm. Our little boy Nivaan absolutely adores her and is honestly in awe of her.
He always comes home happy, which means the world to us as parents. Knowing he is so well cared for gives us real peace of mind. Even over the weekend, Nivaan calls out her name, which shows just how much he likes being with her.
We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

My little boy Lennie is completely obsessed with Salma. Some days I’m fairly sure I’ve been bumped down to second place, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want from the person looking after your tiny human all week.
She’s warm, caring and clearly adores him. Every day they’re doing brilliant activities that have done wonders for his development. His 15-month-old energy has somewhere productive to go, which means he comes home happy, fulfilled and ready for some chill time after a busy day.
He doesn’t even glance back at me at drop-off which is equal parts reassuring and mildly upsetting in the best way :) . And when I collect him, I sometimes get the feeling he’d quite happily stay for overtime. The facilities are fantastic – clean, organised, fun and genuinely educational. It’s everything you’d hope for and more.
I get daily photo updates that I genuinely look forward to, plus a lovely little summary in his nursery book at the end of the day. He’s beautifully cared for and I trust Salma with him implicitly.
I feel incredibly lucky we found her. If Lennie could talk, I’m fairly certain he’d tell you the same. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with her – you absolutely won’t regret it.
