My Requirements

Ideally, we'd love some help 3–4 days a week, from around 2pm–7pm.

The first hour or so would be helping around the house; general tidying, putting away children's toys, keeping their bedrooms in order, unloading the dishwasher, perhaps helping with a food shop and the odd bit of PA work, such as making bookings or organising things. Just generally helping me keep on top of everything!

Then it would be collecting Leo (9) and Indigo (6) from school and bringing them home. The afternoons would be all about the children; playing, doing fun activities (painting, modelling, Lego, trips to the park, baking etc.), helping with homework, preparing their tea and getting them fed and bathed.

I also have Lily, who's 11 and has just started senior school, so she's on a slightly different schedule. She'd need some help with homework too, and I'd love for her to feel very much included in whatever the younger two are up to.

Essentially, we're looking for someone warm, fun, proactive and happy to muck in with family life; someone who enjoys being with children but is also happy to lend a hand with the general running of a busy household!
