I also believe in the importance of a healthy lifestyle, prioritising good nutrition, regular exercise, sufficient sleep, and a positive mindset. In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing sports, and exploring nature through long walks in the park. I also love reading, watching movies, listening to music, practicing meditation, playing chess or cards, and travelling to discover idyllic places.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic environment is also of paramount importance to me. I am dedicated to fostering their independence and happiness. Alongside providing attentive daily care, I offer high-quality, individualised emotional support to help young people express themselves, navigate challenges, and achieve their developmental milestones. I believe in engaging with each child in ways that resonate with their unique personality, often allowing their own interests to guide our activities.
