About Me
Im a mother of 2 daughters aged 18 and 14. I have worked with children for about 16 years. Im an outgoing person who is very organised, I have a good sense of humour and enjoy meeting new people. I have experience with all age groups but love looking after babies and toddlers.
My Experience
Im currently working in andover looking after twin girls aged 8, one of whom has cerebral palsy. I collect them from school and take them to activities, make lunch boxes and prepare their tea. I'm looking to work back in Basingstoke. I started working as a nanny when i was 18, I then went on to have my own children and alongside that have looked after various friends and families children. I worked in a nursery school for about 2 years. Recently i have been working as a support worker with a client who has a brain injury. Previous to this i was working as a nanny/mothers help and was with the family for over 2 years until i was made redundant. When i started, the little boy was 4 months old so built a very strong bond with him, which im looking to do in any new job.
My Qualifications
I have a current first aid course and up to date dbs and I'm on the update system.
I have done all mandatory training.
I have level 1 in childcare
My Availability
Im quite flexible but would like to only work part time.
