Hi. My name is Joanne Allen, I run a happy home based setting which I share with my Husband and Children. Children attending my setting enjoy a home environment as each day is different to the next. We bake,Do messy crafts,library visits,days out to name a few....
My Experience
I became a childminder in 2010, Having Children of my own this job proved to be ideal not only for my home life and family but to provide wrap around care for others. I promote British values, I attend courses to keep up to date with such as first aid, Safeguarding....I have taken on Newborn babies & upwards which I find very rewarding. Having had feedback from parents of children attending my setting they have often stated that they can go off to work knowing their children will enjoy their day ahead and I can assure you that all children get equal to my own out of their time here at Jo-Jo's
My Qualifications
I have taken a mandatory safeguarding course to secure a level 3. I have done many courses over the years to keep things to the best of my knowledge. I pride myself on keeping things fresh and fun lead which I believe is my biggest achievement of all :-)
