About Me
I studied childcare between 2019 and 2020. I have obtained a level 1 and level 2 qualification in Early Years Education. I have been able to use what I have learned in these courses and implemented it in my day to day understanding of the children that I nanny for. Whilst studying, I also attended placement hours in a Montessori preschool, where I have learned some interesting things about this method of teaching.
I also worked as a teaching assistant in the nursery of a private primary school for a few months in 2022. I found this experience to be very informative and I enjoyed working in an educational environment.
I enjoy reading, both by myself and with the children. I like taking them to the park and doing art and craft activities, using my knowledge and experience as an activity leader to come up with creative and fun things to do.
