I'm a 33 year old highly experienced maternity nurse/night nurse/baby nanny with over 14+ years of experience working with new borns and babies. I am qualified as a maternity practitioner with heaps of amazing references. I am at present only booking night clients.
End of September onwards.
Nights: Hours between 9pm - 7am
I take a relaxed approach when it comes to giving advice and helping baby and parents get into a routine. I have dealt with all aspects of baby duties including but not limited to: helping parents settle into newborn life, settling into a routine, sleep training, feeding rouitnes, breastfeeding advice and follow on routine guidance. I have plenty of newborn experience, including many sets of twins. I have my Maternity Practitioner certificate, up to date DBS and up to date pediatric first aid. I work with 2 high end agencies in London, outside of finding myself work and have worked with high profile families, so I know how to be descreet.
Maternity Practitioner certificate. Covid 19 infection control certificate.
End of September onwards.
Nights only: Monday - Thursday.
Hours between 9pm and 7am.

Hi mum! I'm a mum of 3 in South Kensington (5yo, 3yo, 3mo) and we hired Jo 5 nights per week for 6 weeks in February 22' after my son was born. "Jo nights" as we like to call them, are our best nights of the week. She got us through the hardest period of early parenthood, making it possible for me to be a present, rested, happy mom for our two older girls in the day time. I'm still in touch with Jo trying to get back on her schedule, but she books up fast! Jo arrives on time to the minute, she communicates well and gives excellent reminders. She has a command and expertise of child development that makes you feel confident immediately. She helped us find the right help for our 3 week early son who has stomach upset and had him sleeping for 4-5 hour stretches after 6 weeks. She loved him with a mother's touch. She's gentle and confident, and is a soft presence in our household. Before hiring a night nanny we worried about having someone else in our intimate space, but Jo doesn't leave a trace, she comes and goes quietly, is clean and a welcome house guest. We're even trying to convince her to travel with us to help with the kids this summer. I've had a handful of mothers helpers over the years and, hand to the heavens, I'd hire Jo as a full-time nanny in a heartbeat if she'd let me! Her rates are fair. My husband and I wish we'd known what a difference this type of help makes for marriage and family life with our oldest two. A no-brainer expense. Mum, I wish you luck finding the right fit for you, but in my opinion, Jo is such a professional that it would be hard to find a family she doesn't serve perfectly. She's brilliant.
Jo spent 2 weeks with us as a sleep nurse and was great. Professional, knowledgeable and very likeable so an easy recommendation to make.
Jo came in one night a week to feed our newborn overnight, to give us some much needed sleep. She was polite, confident and he clearly slept well when she was in charge. She kept us updated on his feeds and even gave us tips to help us on the other nights.
We have 8 week old twin girls who have been tough to deal with at times. Jo is so good with them, settles them down and they sleep for longer giving mummy a break. She gives great practical advice for us to follow and is flexible.
She is also really lovely and it’s a pleasure to have her around. Thoroughly recommend!
