We were lucky enough to have Jo as a night nurse for 12 weeks and, honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was wonderful with our son and it was hugely reassuring to know that we had such a sound and experienced source of advice on tap.
As an illustration of the fantastic support she gave me and my husband, one night when our son was unwell and we had to rush to A&E, Jo came with us without hesitation. Having her there was a great comfort at what was really quite a a stressful time and it showed just how much she truly cares. But she was also ready to discuss how our son had been each day, to help us understand his development and to make helpful suggestions as to how to care for him best.
Jo is warm, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated. We feel so lucky to have had her help and would recommend her to any family looking for someone they can trust completely.
