About Me
Hello, my name is Lianne and opened my own at home nursery a year ago with now an Outstanding inspection report. I am a wife of over 10 years and a Mummy to 2 children aged 10 & 7 and have lived in Crowthorne nearly all my life, in fact within the same house still today!
We live in a private road and within a short walking distance to both Swinley Forest and Wildmoor Heath so plenty of woodland walks.
I have worked in childcare for over 25 years, since leaving school within a Nursery or School environment and now wish to follow my dreams and work within a smaller home environment.
I really enjoy being outdoors rain or shine and also cooking with my children.
I look to bring all my knowledge and experience to provide the very best childcare facility within the area.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for over 25 years gaining qualifications in childcare and management. I am now in a position where I can offer flexible childcare with my children which means the world to me.
I have launched a home nursery whilst being an Ofsted registered childminder through this agency.
I will mainly be working from my children’s playroom which is separate from the main house and has all the facilities that a day care provider can provide you however on a smaller scale, lower ratio’s and more flexibility for activities and outings.
I have successfully achieved National awards, worked with children from newborn to 11+, supported home schooling and worked within a school environment. I am trained in many phonics schemes and have good links to many local nurseries, pre-schools and schools. I have worked locally for my 25 years and now wish to follow an array of philosophies to achieve the very best for each child with my care to ensure they’re confidence shines in being capable to participate in their own chosen tasks and independence.
