About Me

I am an experienced teacher of both primary and secondary education and I have been tutoring privately since 2003. I founded Bespoke Tuition Club in 2005 to teach primary subjects, 11+, KS3 and KS4 Maths including GCSE level and up to KS3 English.

My Experience

I have a long and deep history of supporting and teaching students with SEN (since 1998) and I have a love for teaching students by nurturing their motivation for learning. I qualified as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator in 2016 to fulfil my passion to help all children that may need a flexible approach to mainstream schools. My students enjoy bespoke lessons that enable them to progress enthusiastically. My track record boasts successes with students that have made phenomenal progress in a short period of time. Above all, it is wonderful to see so many students achieve a new self-belief and improved confidence levels, noticeable by parents and their schools.

My Qualifications

BSc (Hons) 2:1 Science in Education and Education Studies, PGCE (primary 5 to 11), NASENCO (National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordination)

My availability varies and there may be times when I am oversubscribed, for which I operate a waiting list.

My Fees

Tutoring from £25.00 per hour

From £25 per hour for primary, £30 per hour for KS3 and £35 per hour for KS4/GCSE level.

Best Teacher we ever had

Therese is a professional, hard working teacher with loads of experience and ideas. She is great with suggesting new solutions to suit individual needs. Open minded and not afraid to try and explore until child 'clicks on'. My son had difficulties at the Primary with sustaining the knowledge, he could not focus for a long time. Today he is thriving at school, knows the techniques how to calm down and overcome little failuers. Great teacher, we could not ask for anything better for our son. THANK YOU!!!
