About Me
I live at East Mains, Elgin, just off Covesea Road near to Duffus Castle with my husband and three sons, Alex is 16, Chayse is 10 and Daniel is 9. We all love being outdoors and consequently spend most our time out and about. I enjoy surfing, walking, DIY and gardening! We have a very loving dog named Effie, a cat called Rocket and 6 chickens.
My Experience
I have been childminding for 16 years now and have loved every minute, in this time I have cared for children ranging from 9months to 13 years.
Being a lover of outdoors we spend usually a minimum of 50% of our days out doors either at the beach, forest, park or in the garden. This is often our favourite time of day.
I organise activities every week to both entertain and encourage every child to develop to the best of their abilities. These activities are usually based around a topic led by the childrens own interests. Weekly activities usually include;
Arts and crafts

Library visits
Toddler Groups
Swimming
Music
and much much more!

I found Gemma to be very accommodating when it came to the flexibility of hours required. As my son is very energetic, he requires a lot of running around and plenty of outdoor activities which was fully taken care of. James did lots of artistic play too, painting, drawing and dress up. Rates were very reasonable too with the amount of activities and places that he was taken to.
