Im a fun, loving but discrete professional maternity nurse/maternity nanny who has always worked with children, i specialise in newborns and am available for placements in your home, i can do 24 hour, days, nights, long term and short term which is always flexible once a booking is secured
I’ve always had a genuine love for working with babies and have a full NHS background in childcare and have worked in NHS maternity care from 2005-2018 before moving into the private sector.
I’m fully DBS checked and trained in paediatric first aid, I’m willing to travel with the family if required.
Being trustworthy, confident and organised I feel is imperative to childcare and the beginning to your new babies beginnings.
Seeing babies develop in the first few weeks is so rewarding and watching a new mum gain confidence and growing in knowledge with my support is important and leaves me with perfect job satisfaction.
My Experience
This year I’ve done placements with twins, VIPS in
Abu Dhabi and a few post natal depressed mums so quite a variety!
I have been a maternity nurse with 18 years experience working with newborn babies in the NHS on a busy maternity ward and in the community doing home visits before I moved in to the private sector
I have lots of knowledge in breastfeeding completing many courses and teaching health care workers on the ward but can also support with formula feeding.
I have worked with multiple births and have lots of experience with tired, hormonal new mummies.
Im used to working long 12 hour shifts of days and nights so am happy to take on local night placements or 24 care.

- Maternity Nursing from £22.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
£360 24 hrs negotiable
£25 hourly days or nights negotiable to area
I pay my own tax and National insurance and maternity nurse insurance out of my fees
