My Summary

My Experience

I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in a pre-school and as a nanny on and off for the past 14 years. In previous positions I would take the children to playgroups, trips to the park and outside as well as lots of activities organised myself indoors. I was responsible for taking the older children to school and collecting them. From my time at the nursery previous to nannying, I have been responsible for fulfilling a number of tasks; leading the staff and children in the Pre-School and toddler room and helping management. I led play times on my own as well as supporting sports lessons, working on a one-to one basis as well as in larger groups with children, leading circle time, preparing food for the children and cleaning up throughout the session and and at the end of the day. I had 11 key children in which I completed long observations each month plan activities to enrich the children's development following the EYFS learning. I also carry some housekeeping for the families child related such as vacuuming their rooms and laundry (bedding, clothes etc.) I also prepared meals for the children and taking them to extra curricular activities.

BA Honours in Education Studies


Level 3 in Safeguarding children

First Aid

Evening and Weekend Babysitting available as well as ad hoc holiday care

My Fees

• Nannying from £11.00 per hour (gross)
• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour

£14 per hour but negotiable
