About Me
We are a friendly, busy, active and outdoorsy family needing some childcare support.
My husband and I work long hours and travel for work.
We have a very energetic soon to be 5 year old, a 1 year old baby and 2 friendly large dogs.
I'm looking for some babysitting/mothers help as a minimum but ideally a longer term part-time nanny live out arrangement to fit closely in with us and feel relaxed and at home with our family. Would also consider short term live in nanny options.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone who is energetic enough to keep up with our 5 yr old and experienced enough to manage tiny tearaway behaviour on occasions!
We take a 'gentle' approach to parenting and are influenced strongly by Montessori methods of teaching children.
Our childcare needs to be dog friendly and be happy to muck in with whatever we are doing. That will be childcare essentially but they should expect to help out with the dishes/letting dogs out etc also.
