Part-Time Wrap-Around Nanny OR Nanny-Housekeeper – Marcham, Oxfordshire
£17–£22 per hour GROSS (DOE)

We are a friendly, professional family in Marcham seeking an experienced, reliable nanny for a long-term, part-time live-out role from April 2026. We have two children (aged 4 and 7) who attend local pre-school and primary school and enjoy creative, outdoor, and imaginative play.
This role would suit either a wrap-around nanny or a nanny-housekeeper, with consistent weekly hours and professional employment terms. Both parents are doctors, so reliability, organisation, and initiative are essential.

Hours:
Wrap-around nanny:
• Term time (Wed–Fri): 06:30–09:00 and 15:00–18:30
• School holidays (Wed–Fri): 06:30–18:30
OR
Nanny-housekeeper:
• Wed–Fri: 06:30–18:30
Annual leave: 17 days paid per year (pro-rata for 3 days/week), including bank holidays.
Approximately half to be taken when the family is away, with the remaining days chosen by mutual agreement.

Key responsibilities:
• Morning and after-school childcare, including school/pre-school drop-offs and pick-ups
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks
• Supporting homework and routines
• Holiday care
• For nanny-housekeeper roles: child-related housekeeping while children are at school

We are looking for someone who:
• Ideally has previous nanny/childcare experience
• Is warm, organised, proactive, and dependable
• Enjoys creative and outdoor play
• Holds a full, clean driving licence and has use of a car (preferred)
• Is a non-smoker/non-vaper
• Is seeking a long-term position
